-	Discussion of the Relationship Between the Requirements of the US DOT, ICAO and IATA.

Liability Issues
-	Understand the seriousness and complexity of shipping and/or receiving hazardous materials and the penalties you may face for non-compliance. Learn appropriate inspection protocol before the inspector shows up with tips for avoiding the most common mistakes organizations make during inspections.
Definition, Identification and Classification of Dangerous Goods
-	Hazard Classes/Divisions, Packing Groups, UN/ID Numbers, Precedence of Hazards for Multiple-Class Materials, Proper Shipping Name Selection, Technical Name Rule, Hazardous Substances and Other US Government Variations.
Use of the List of Dangerous Goods
-	Distinction Between Cargo Aircraft Only and Passenger Aircraft Shipments, Special Provisions, Packaging Selection, Marking and Labeling, State and Operator Variations.
