RegComp has over 25 years experience with regulatory issues. Our staff has the expertise to guide your company into compliance. We have performed Compliance Evaluations of facilities in the electronics, automotive, boating, healthcare, veterinarian, chemical, distributing, manufacturing, plastics, fiberglass, and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as for the U.S. Public Health Service, U.S. Customs and military installations.
Compliance Evaluations include a review of the applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) - Title 40 (EPA), Title 29 (OSHA – General Industry), and Title 49 (DOT). All information provided to RegComp during the evaluation will remain strictly confidential. Compliance Evaluations are generally completed in four segments: a general background and records review; a detailed inspection of each applicable facility area; an exit interview with facility staff, and a written report which provides specific areas of non-compliance and recommendations for correction.

|
1. |
Background and Records Review – During this portion of the evaluation, RegComp will review all background documents, local regulations, prior audit reports and permits, identify facility staff concerns, identify the major operations conducted and identify any satellite facilities. Personnel responsible for subject areas must be available for questioning. Additionally, any related plans and documents must be provided upon request, such as: shipping documents, hazardous waste manifests, training programs, written plans, worker injury logs and/or accident reports, etc. |
2. |
Facility Inspection – Work areas and other locations within your facility will be visually inspected to determine compliance with current state and federal regulations. We will assess compliance with current permits, requirements for additional or modified permits, as well as your compliance with air, water, and waste management regulatory programs. Photographs of potential violations may be taken. |
3. |
Exit Interview – After the Compliance Evaluation has been completed, RegComp’s expert staff will conduct an exit interview with appropriate facility staff. The purpose of this interview is to inform you of any situations which may require immediate corrective action and provide you with the initial findings of the audit. |
4. |
Written Report – The written report will identify areas of non-compliance, potential fines, and will present recommendations for correcting non-compliant areas. |
